Doctor Tampa performs a strip search on a screaming patient

The doctor in charge is Doctor Tampa, a stern and authoritative figure who is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She begins the strip search, examining the patient's body with a cold and clinical detachment. As she moves down the patient''s body, she comes across a particularly sensitive spot and the patient begins to scream again. Doctor Tampa is unfazed by the patient' electro shock treatment and continues to probe the patient' body with her hands and instruments. The patient is now completely naked and subdued, but Doctor Tampa isn't done yet. She proceeds to perform a variety of sexual acts on the patient, including oral sex and penetration.
